2.4 If LED Hologram Display can connect few pieces as one screen

3D hologram display can work as single unit, also few pieces can form as one screen by cascading. The working theory is same as big LED display.

2.5 How many seconds video can hologram LED display play

Existing version hologram 3D LED display can play each video’s first 15 seconds. Any video over 15 seconds will jump to the next video after the first 15 seconds.

During this period if there is any problem that belongs to us, we will provide free replacement parts (except for defects caused by man-made damage or force majeure). After the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts at cost.

4.3 How long time takes to fix broken LED Fan Display

For software YUCHIP are providing 7/24 online support. For hardware we complete repairing within 5 working days after receiving the goods.

4.4 How to send broken LED products to China LED Display Manufacturer

Firstly please contact our sales engineer to issue Commercial Invoice with product name, quantity and price.

Secondly contact your local Express like DHL, FedEx and TNT etc to pick up goods.

Thirdly share Express tracking number to YUCHIP sales engineer for custom clearance preparing.

Fourthly we will complete import custom clearance and deliver to warehouse for repairing.
